Why we exist

The right hire is a connection between two parties. The employer needs the role filled. The candidate needs the right place to do their best work. The work of recruitment is to make that connection well, not to fire CVs at hiring managers and hope something sticks.

Verbinding, LLC was set up to take that connection seriously. Every brief is run by one named consultant, every candidate is vetted thoroughly, every search is built around what you actually need at six months in seat.

What we do, plainly

Permanent staff for US employers across ten disciplines. Each placement is run by one named consultant who takes the brief, vets candidates, runs the offer and follows up at day 7, 30 and 90.

Who we work for

US small businesses, mid-market commercial businesses, professional services firms, and the in-house functions of larger enterprises. Mostly small to mid-market, with hiring managers who want to spend less time on recruitment and more on running their teams.

How we vet candidates

  • Right-to-work verification
  • Reference contact, current and previous employer where possible
  • Qualification verification where the role calls for it
  • A structured competency conversation, scenario-tested for senior roles
  • Written capture of comp expectations, notice period and motivation

Our values, the short version
